No, you don’t need to be home when the cleaner cleans, but you do need to give the cleaner ready access to your home when it’s time for your cleaning service. Many of our customers  leave a key with a neighbour or in a safe place.  
If the cleaner is cleaning your home for the first time, we would love to have you there. 

We take care of your house as if it would be ours. Make sure that you have all the materials needed to provide to the cleaner prior to the day. We can give you a few examples of standard tools and cleaning materials: vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions for dust, floor and other surfaces, cloths, etc. For the next cleaning, you can ask the cleaner what products and tools he/she recommends or are needed. 

n order to cancel an existing booking, you have to be logged in to your profile. Go to “My cleanings” and then select the “Upcoming cleanings” option. Click on “more” and then “cancel booking”.

Please note that you can only cancel your booking free of charge with more than 48 hours in advance. If you wish to cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for one hour of your cleaning. If you wish to cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount. These measures ensure fair treatment for the cleaners and their time.
